🕰️ Simple Pendulum
Adjust length and gravity, record period to verify T = 2π√(L/g) — a standard WAEC/NECO physics practical.
📖 Theory
The period T of a simple pendulum depends only on length L and gravity g:
T = 2π√(L/g)
Plotting T² versus L gives a straight line with slope = 4π²/g, from which the gravitational acceleration g can be calculated.
🎯 WAEC Practical
Standard WAEC/NECO practical: measure T for ≥ 5 lengths, record in a table, plot T² vs L, find slope, calculate g.
